A different path is possible.

Therapy is a space to understand yourself more clearly and make meaningful changes in your life. At New Range Counseling, we’ll look at what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward a way forward that feels like your own.

Individual, Couples & Family Therapy in with Sarah Rice, M.A., LMFT

Offering in-person sessions in the Denver metro area and virtual sessions in Colorado and California.

Life gets complicated.

You can love someone and still struggle to understand each other.

You can know where your patterns come from and still have trouble changing them.

You can be capable, successful, and self-aware and still feel completely stuck in one part of your life.

And you can be grateful for the life you have while knowing something needs to change.

Therapy gives us a place to get curious about those contradictions instead of judging them.

At New Range Counseling, we'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and build new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

Therapy with direction and purpose.

At New Range Counseling, Sarah Rice, M.A., LMFT, offers therapy that is collaborative, active, and tailored to you. You won't be expected to show up with the perfect words, know exactly what's wrong, or have a clear goal before you begin.

Sarah will start by getting curious about what's happening now. Together, you'll look at the patterns beneath the surface, understand what's keeping you stuck, and explore new ways of responding to yourself and the people around you.

Depending on what you need, therapy might mean processing difficult experiences, practicing new ways of communicating, learning to set boundaries, understanding relationship patterns, building practical skills, or simply having a place to sort through something that feels complicated.

There's no one-size-fits-all version of therapy here.

New Range Counseling is a place to understand where you are, explore what's possible, and find a way forward that feels like your own.
